Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any service on fk222. By accessing this platform you agree to be bound by all clauses set out below.
Section 1
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and fk222 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fk222 website at fk222.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting, and any bonus or promotional programmes offered from time to time.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on fk222, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use fk222. fk222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 2
Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings defined below wherever they appear in this Agreement:
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on fk222 following successful registration, through which the Player accesses all Platform services.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Player by fk222, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Daily Bonus" means the automatic bonus credit deposited into a Player's Wallet each time the Player logs in to an active fk222 Account within a calendar day, without requiring any promotional code or opt-in action.
- "Wallet" means the virtual account balance associated with a Player's Account on fk222, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), from which bets are placed and to which winnings and bonuses are credited.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total real-money wager amount a Player must place before any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal from the Wallet.
- "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, has been self-excluded from the Platform, is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or who has previously had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
Section 3
Eligibility to Use fk222
Use of fk222 is subject to the following eligibility criteria. fk222 reserves the right to request documentation to verify compliance with these criteria at any stage during the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, at any deposit or withdrawal request, or at any time fk222 deems verification necessary.
Minimum Age: 21 Years
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use fk222. Players who are found to be under 21 at any point will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits refunded at fk222's sole discretion.
Single Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one Account on fk222. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts without notice.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your fk222 Account. Any attempt to register using false identity information, including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number that is not registered in your own name, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
fk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued national ID, passport, or any other document that confirms your name, age, and Bangladesh residency. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by fk222 may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
Section 4
Account Registration and Security
To use fk222 you must register a personal Account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. fk222 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. fk222 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fk222 support immediately.
fk222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its responsible gaming and security obligations. Players may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before a withdrawal is processed. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. fk222 reserves the right to freeze the Wallet balance of any Account under active KYC review.
fk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where fk222 suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of bonuses. Where an Account is closed for cause, any Bonus balance and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances not derived from Bonus funds will be returned to the Player subject to verification completion.
Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from fk222 at any time by contacting fk222 support through the in-platform live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no new deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims will be processed until the exclusion period expires — except in the case of permanent exclusion, which is irreversible.

Deposits and Withdrawals
fk222 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to issuing bank approval. fk222 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All financial transactions on fk222 are processed securely using SSL encryption.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at fk222's discretion. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. fk222 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount.
Deposit Methods
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. fk222 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile money provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or pending KYC verification. fk222 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all approved withdrawals under normal operating conditions.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
fk222 offers a Daily Bonus to all active registered Players, credited automatically upon each qualifying login. Additional promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, may be offered from time to time at fk222's sole discretion.
All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms published on the Platform state otherwise:
Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional bonus offer a maximum of once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple Accounts, multiple devices, multiple mobile numbers, or multiple payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential Account termination.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for wagering contribution will be specified in the applicable promotion details. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward satisfying the wagering requirement.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable expiry period specified in the individual promotion's terms will be automatically removed from the Player's Wallet without notice. The Daily Bonus expires 24 hours after it is credited if not used. fk222 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the expiry terms published at the time the bonus is issued.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fk222. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable:
Fraud and Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to fk222 is strictly prohibited. Any Player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their Account permanently closed and the chargeback amount, plus any associated administration fees, recovered from their Wallet balance.
Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other Players, manipulating game outcomes through external tools or software, or placing bets on the basis of inside information or match-fixing arrangements is strictly prohibited. fk222 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns and will void all bets and close all Accounts found to be associated with such conduct.
Use of Automated Systems
The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the fk222 Platform without a human operator is strictly prohibited. fk222 reserves the right to void all bets placed by automated systems and to recover any funds obtained through such means.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
fk222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. fk222 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We encourage all Players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and to take regular breaks from gambling activity. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their daily life, finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings or to contact fk222 support immediately.
fk222 does not extend credit to Players and does not encourage Players to gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fk222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fk222 Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption in service caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond fk222's reasonable control.
fk222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fk222 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use fk222 entirely at their own risk.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms
fk222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fk222 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform, including by displaying a notice upon login or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of fk222 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using fk222 and may request Account closure by contacting fk222 support.
